It has finally warmed up. Trying to finish plowing so I can get my soybeans planted. My old work pants are falling apart. Ha ha in the hot weather that is not necessarily a bad thing, but you don't want to be running a grinder or welding. Had to make some repairs to and about burnt my nuts up. Ha ha. Have a great memorial day weekend everyone.

They say spring has arrived but I am not really feeling it. Everything is running behind as far as getting the crops in. A neighbor stopped by and said he checked the soil temp. He was getting 56 degrees at two inches down so it is time to plant corn, I am planning on doing that this coming Monday.
I did splurge and bought a portable hot tub, it sure helps soak the soreness out and limber the body up, I set it up in front of the barn, that gives me a great view of the sunrise. And overlooks the creek bottom. I am able to sit in it, watch deer, turkey, ECT. And being camo I figured it will work as a deer stand also. Ha ha now all I need is some company.

I guess spring started today at 11:15 am The birds are singing like crazy but we only have 42 degrees with a 15-25 mph breeze. I noticed about two weeks ago I was starting to feel horney all the time. That seems to happen for me in the spring, every year. Anyone else notice that?
It won't be long before the air conditioned britches will feel pretty good, but this morning it was the cause of the turtle effect with it being 34 degrees. It will make sure you are awake when you step outside and that cool breeze runs across your nuts. Ha ha

I guess we will see how nuts people are with this eclipse coming today, I got a years worth of works check in the mail Saturday and have to go to the bank today, I have seen some pictures of people parking on the roads, and it looks like people are getting out to watch the eclipse. I imagine I will check it out but I am not doing anything special for it. There is a advantage to living in gods country, and not having alot of people around. Ha ha

It seems jeans just don't last forever anymore. Being summer time it doesn't hurt to have a cool breeze blowing through, it is kinda refreshing. I might need to start looking for a seamstress before winter get here . Ha ha good thing I work by myself.

I am not much into tattoos, but this style of body art sure has my attention. Maybe with my limited drawing abilities and getting a better understanding of depth perception is what has me fascinated 😁

As a few of you know I have a organic row crop operation, I just got back into row crops last year after about a 20 year time frame. I shut my construction business down and went to farming organic only. Last year I raised organic food grade soybeans that will be used for soymilk and tofu. I did not have a contract on last year's soybeans and I have been holding them waiting for the price to come up. I made the deal, and I was supposed to deliver tomorrow, I got a call this morning and the guy buying my soybeans had a heart attack last night and is I a coma now. I definitely do not have the worst part of this deal my buyer does. But I have worked my butt of for the last 4 days washing trucks, grain carts, ECT and unloading the grain bin. The guy who owns the trucks Will have to have them back Wednesday. So I am waiting on a couple of phone calls to find out if I have somewhere else to take them, and probably lose about 10 thousand dollars, or if I need to put them all back in the grain bin and pretty much waste 5 days of labor.
It would of been alot simpler to sleep this day away, and not have these options.

It seems as a standard member a person is pretty limited on what they can do here. You can use points to view profiles and to send emails. But if you get a reply back you can not read it. Oh well.
I had noticed a local gal kept checking my profile out. 3-4 times a week. I was playing on my phone here and the mobile version has instant messaging, I click on it every so often and I see this gal that keeps checking my profile. So I send her a message saying I seen her on IM and wanted to say hey. I then sent another IM saying I had noticed how she kept viewing my profile and if she wanted to see and know more she could check out my blog and I would like to chat.
For the last 2 days she has viewed my profile 5-6 times a day. I have send 2 more IM . The first two had a little deal saying they were delivered. The last two did not say they were delivered.
I don't understand if the IM isn't working, or if she just doesn't talk. According to her profile she likes conversation and has met a few people in the area.
This is the reason I am a standard member, I was a gold member for a year and very few women would reply to email, and the ones who agreed to meet would be no shows. It just makes a person wonder.

Muscle cramps and Massages

It seems that when I start pushing my body, like I am now getting crops in. Working 16-18 hours a day my muscle try to revolt when it is time to rest. I can sleep about 45 min. Then my legs, feet, hands arms and everything in between start to cramp up.
I did have a gal giving me massages every so often to help keep me relaxed but I have not been able to get in touch with her. I got in touch with another friend who has helped me before with massages, she is not a massage therapist and I would have to direct her on what and how to do it to get the muscles loosened up. Her reply was if I would set a trailer house up for her and her youngest I could have a massage every night. Ha ha. I believe it would be cheaper to just pay for the massages.

It is the time of year that I am working sun up to sun down trying to get my crops in. Of course the air conditioning is out of the tractor and it was pretty warm in the cab. When I stopped at dark I was pretty warm myself and while heading to put the truck in the barn I passed one of my stock tanks. I had cleaned it about a week ago and since I am out of the cattle business it is staying clean. I stripped of and climbed in with a couple of beers and relaxed. It was perfect weather, the stars were shining bright. The moon had a soft glow. And there was not a cloud in the sky. And by the way I was not naked, I still had my hat on. Ha ha
