It makes you wonder

It seems as a standard member a person is pretty limited on what they can do here. You can use points to view profiles and to send emails. But if you get a reply back you can not read it. Oh well.
I had noticed a local gal kept checking my profile out. 3-4 times a week. I was playing on my phone here and the mobile version has instant messaging, I click on it every so often and I see this gal that keeps checking my profile. So I send her a message saying I seen her on IM and wanted to say hey. I then sent another IM saying I had noticed how she kept viewing my profile and if she wanted to see and know more she could check out my blog and I would like to chat.
For the last 2 days she has viewed my profile 5-6 times a day. I have send 2 more IM . The first two had a little deal saying they were delivered. The last two did not say they were delivered.
I don't understand if the IM isn't working, or if she just doesn't talk. According to her profile she likes conversation and has met a few people in the area.
This is the reason I am a standard member, I was a gold member for a year and very few women would reply to email, and the ones who agreed to meet would be no shows. It just makes a person wonder.

Thanks for your reply, it seems I don't have the best of luck with electronics, so I never know if it is me or the way it is working.

 If you long on, on a mobile device it automatically says you are on IM. It doesn't necessarily mean you are on there to chat in IM. I do not go on IM as it doesn't work very well and it gets frustrating. I never check my IM, but see that I have chat requests coming in. I log on on my mobile to read email messages only when away from the house, otherwise I am on laptop.

As for views I get those messages all the time saying I keep viewing a profile, however I do not keep viewing, the site triggers a view to anyone online in my area and if your cursor just flashes over their profile.

If you want to interact - comment on her status or a picture or flirt etc....as well she may be in a chat room and showing as IM and you might be able to interact with her there

 I'm a standard member and I can reply to emails. I cannot view profiles or flirt which really sucks. In the old days, they let standard females do everything. It's been forever since I messed with the IM. It seemed erratic so I tend to stick with emailing back and forth.

Yep there does seem to be a difference in how the email works, as a male I can not see any email without buying a membership. I can use points to send a email. I ca type it out and as soon as I hit send I can not even see what I typed. I had got tired of the no shows, and no reply's so I had just been here for the blogs, then piddling around with the IM I thought I would strike up a conversation. Maybe with all the tricks these computers play it is just enticing me to get my money. Ha ha
