When I'm down in the dumps, reading a good book makes me feel better. Having something like that, takes my mind to a different place and I forget the problems I may be having. Sorry to hear the girls will be getting squashed, but it's good to know your Doctor has your health in mind. I'm sure you do well on the test Joy.

I don't feel "blue"my lady I feel pressed - and angry Then I just put on my sneakers & biker shorts, take my mountain bike out and go on some urban trails with mp3 blaring some Zimmer soundtrack ( of course, a good portion of these routes is done jogging, pushing the bike along, but who cares ? ) Then home, for a cold one and some more music Keep us posted on the results Cheers - P
