 I cant find him right now but I have one on here that has a green top hat and goggles- It's really quite clever. And I do not tolerate "cute" either- it absolutely does not fit regardless of age. Funny what inspires our posts

 Hi my friend, it's good that you let people know what you feel about the word "cute". Maybe their interpretation might mean something different from someone else. Some might say "cute", they might be talking about a puppy. But there are couples that been married for years, and the husband, never used worlds like, beautiful stunning, fabulous, amazing, etc. Maybe these word is not in their vocabulary. Or maybe their wives is ok with the word "cute" as long as they are good mates. You have tons of viewers, maybe more that and blogger on this system. So for them to be a constant viewing, believe me, they know you more than cute! I'm over 50, and little overweight, balding. I don't hear the word handsome anymore, but I'm OK with that!

 It's funny how people react differently to the word 'cute'. A good friend and writer will ask for my opinion and when I say, "yeah, it was cute', he gets really annoyed. At my age, if a man called me 'cute', I would react similarly to how you did.

 OK, your readers and blogwatchers get it. You've made no bones about finding this term insulting.

But how are stranger's going to know this? They mean it a compliment, so there is NO need to berate them.

I think youar e ultra-sensitive to this term, to the point that you have forgotten the standard definition of theword cute often refers to something that is small. And YOU arre definitely small.

Grow up, forgive them and let it go. Of all the things that could ruin your day, this shouldn't be such a big deal.
