Not a job I care to do as it makes my hands sore. But that's how I spent my afternoon yesterday. Still it was nice to get out of the heat. Over ninety degrees outside my morning of cleaning the stairwells had me sweating like I'd just stepped out of the shower. The painter had the Ac on full blast in the unit that was being painted, my job was to paint the trim work and doors in the rooms where he'd already painted the walls. Today after I get the morning work done, I'll be posting rent renewal notices..a lot of them. Hopefully I can get the job done before the heat kicks in again. I figure if I do the job before I clean the grounds I can squeeze it in before the sun gets too high and it starts getting hot outside, which usually make the stairwells feel like your working in and oven on Thanksgiving. I see in the news that hospital beds are becoming scarce in the states where the Delta bug has reared it's ugly head. Yet one southern Gov. has said that there will be no mask mandates in his state, and that School Districts mandating the use of masks in schools will lose their state funding..odd that his state is now the one with the most cases. How can a person be so obtuse? So reckless? I worry...what will it take for those in charge to wake up and smell the coffee? I mean it's not rocket science...it's proven that masks help stop the spread. Any who Time for me to hop into my shower.....

Scientific evidence clearly shows that face masks help, as does social distancing and vaccinations. It beggars belief what some, especially politicians, say to win popular support! It's like as if science doesn't apply to them - if that's the case then I suggest all the covid deniers etc throw themselves off a skyscraper to see whether they can defy the laws of gravity!

I just Can Not seem to be able to paint Anything ; even if spray paint something outdoors ! It gives me a headache !! As for this Whole Virus / Variant thing goes ; I'm beginning too believe that IT is all HYPE & an attempt too get people too get the Vaccine  I mean ; I have read that there is a consideration to offer $300 to get the vaccine Are THEY going to make a RETRO offer of say $150 to those of us that have already got IT
