We often like to meet people when we travel to Central Oregon. We have one long term couple (who do not visit BBWMatchMate anymore) that we see during most of our trips. We have also had a MFM threesome a couple of times with two guys we have met here on this site.
Ann often would participate in the little forum games and flirting, but most of that has stopped. We both read them when they occur, and it is a good way for us to determine who may be a good match (or not). Games like the old "pass or fuck" or "describing fantasies" are good ways to form some type of familiarity with people so that we have a better chance of playing when we can get to the Bend area.

Over the past 6 months we have tried to "engage" the group to make posts. For the most part we have been unsuccessful in getting ppl to reply to the post or topics we start to try and get some interactivity going. Although a Mng is definitely over-due, we are not going to go thru the effort of putting one on if only one cpl or person is interested in it. To make a MnG successful, there needs to be several cpls attend. based on current activity in this group, if we were to put on a MnG, we would be the only ones that showed up. Although, that may not be a total loss for us, as we will still have fun, it does put us in an awkward spot, as we have to reserve several tables for our group, coordinate with the establishment, as they may need to bring on extra servers on to accommodate our group. There have been more than one time that we planned on X amount of ppl to show only to have a third of that number show. Quite embarrassing really. It also, makes the establishment less willing to accommodate our needs for the future. ann45jay - Yes the pass or fuck thread was a great thread and run a long time. You can always start that thread (a new one) again. Got an idea for a thread, start one up. | |||

I totally understand from both perspectives: the organizers and the business owners. Being summer, maybe we could reserve a park for a BBQ out in the open like "Normal" people and go from there. I'm just trying to help and keep the group alive.

Thank you jlupulin, much appreciated. bendlovers - Last year we had MnG's at various times of the week to try and accommodate the peeps that could not make Fri or Sat. Do to poor turnout, we went back to Saturday as the night for the MnG's, since at that time, we were able to get sometimes a few ppl, and last Nov, we filled the bar to capacity. If and when another MnG is planned or some other function, we hate to say it, but maybe take the day off from work so you can attend the party/event. Mrs. Muffdiver has taken her fair share of days off to attend some of the functions we have put together. Just a thought.... | |||

Hi all! My name Rick and I just joined this group and this is my first post. I hope I'm not stepping on etiquette here by posting, but if I am chalk it up to being a neophyte to this lifestyle. Well muffdiver has put a lot into this group, and we appreciate all they have done. We would like to see this group grow, and see more functions here. Winter is coming and that is the best time to have fun as it is to cold out side to do much. Lets see if we can get some fuctions planned sometime soon. | |||

It's those words that help us keep the fires burning to build the group and do events. @sandman853 - Yes, there is lot going on in the summer time, family, vacations, kids out of school, etc.. But that should not have stopped all the activity on this group, as it stopped before summer got here. Keep up your great work Muffy, Ive dealt with trying to get groups of people together in other types of situations & learned, YOU CANT PLEASE EM ALL ALL OF THE TIME - you have done the right things by trying several times, days & locations, what I would suggest is pick a location, pick a day (3rd Saturday of the month)& try that several times, This way folks will know & plan for the _ day @ _:_time At _____ location - send out a quick reminder or two on site here & let it roll | |||

Great post BendLovers We remember that MnG, it had a great turnout. If we remember correctly there were about 40 ppl there. As business owners ourselves, we understand the time constraints that are put upon us to put beans on the table. However, we also understand the need to get away from the business and enjoy a night out. Of course, enjoying a night out with like minded ppl, makes for a better night, whether or not there is any play involved. Believe it or not, our goal when taking over this group from the former moderators, was to build the group and have some Sesso like parties locally. We came pretty close to achieving that goal, however, interest in the events dropped, and well, with no interest, we backed off doing anything. No sense doing anything where we may be the only ones at the event. Not that we wouldn't enjoy ourselves, but with any event, there is a fair amount of work involved and to have it wasted is a little disheartening. All this group has to do is let us know what you want. If you request an event, and we make it happen, show up for the darn thing. You don't like how we are doing something, let us know.
