Physical exercise is good for you. I know that I should do it daily, but my body doesn't want me to do too much, so I
have worked out this program of strenuous activities that do
not require physical exercise. You are invited to use my
program without charge.

you know i do strenuous exercise every day i mean i loose count of the ammount of pushups squats and walking i do in a day it starts with me pushing myself up out of bed then walking to the lounge and squatting down on it only to push myself up off the lounge to walk into the kitchen to squat down infront of the fridge to find something to nibble on then i have to push myself back up then walk back into the loungeroom to squat back down on the lounge again and on and on it goes just like that all day, so have decided that after reading your exercise program i will now just wait untill one of my pretend girlfriend's arrive and takes up the house maid's duty's and i will start your exercise program with gusto

You cannot be anyone's pretend girlfriend let alone Sir Newbies, till you send them a virginity certificate first. i am now one very confussed man (i know it does not take much )but after seeing Newtoitall's exercise program as well as Trumbys i am not sure which one i should pursue as i do like walking around the block as well i now think i should try both for a while and make a firm choice later in the month when i have given both a fair go
