I do not have a facil picture posted due I work as a Regional Vice President and I don't think it would be in my best interest for someone from Human Resources to run across my picture or someone from my company that I manage to run across my picture. However, I am more than willing to send pictures once we talk a few times and I have reached a comfort level.
